No. The sump is sized to take the water that drains back when the pump stops. Keep the water level between the MIN and MAX marks on the sump.

The water alone in a 181-gallon tank weighs about 1510 lb, before glass, cabinet, sand and rock. On an upper floor, place it against a load-bearing wall or across the floor joists. Call us if you're unsure.

Yes. It's a turnkey system: the hard part (plumbing and filtration) is done before it ships, and our team helps you through setup.

Standard glass contains iron oxide, which gives it a green tint. Low-iron glass is extra-clear, so your fish and plants show their true colors.

A 2-year manufacturing warranty from delivery. It covers the complete system, the glass against structural defects (breakage excluded) and the cabinet against manufacturing defects. A manufacturing defect means a full replacement at no cost.
