RETURN WINDOW
You may request a return within 30 days from the delivery date.
Returned items must be:
• New and unused
• In their original packaging
• Complete with all accessories, parts, manuals, and cables

All returns require pre-approval. Please email contact@yaramira.com with:
• Order number
• Full name and shipping address
• Product name and quantity
• Reason for return
• Photos of the product and packaging
We will respond within 24-48 business hours with return instructions.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
You are responsible for arranging and paying all return shipping costs directly to the shipping carrier.
A $49 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Your refund = Product price - $49 restocking fee
Note: Original shipping fee ($199) is non-refundable.

IF YOUR ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE
Please contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged or defective:
1. Email contact@yaramira.com within 48 hours of delivery
2. Include your order number
3. Attach clear photos showing the damage
We will send you a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement at no charge to you.
