Product Coverage
SCOPE OF COVERAGE
This Limited Coverage applies to all YARAMIRA-branded aquarium systems
and cabinetry purchased through our official website. It covers
manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use
and conditions.
The coverage is valid for 2 years from the original shipment date.
It applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

COVERAGE TERMS
Subject to the terms outlined below, YARAMIRA will repair or replace,
at its sole discretion, any component found to be defective due to
faulty materials or manufacturing errors during the coverage period.
A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required
to process any claim.

WHAT IS COVERED
- Structural defects in the glass aquarium (excluding breakage)
- Manufacturing defects in cabinetry and pre-installed hardware
- Factory-applied finishes and seals that fail under normal conditions

WHAT IS NOT COVERED
This coverage does not include:
- Damage caused by mishandling, incorrect installation, or misuse
- Accidental damage, negligence, or abuse
- Drilling, cutting, or modifying any component
- Damage from third-party products or accessories
- Shipping damage (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery)
- Cosmetic issues (scratches, chips, discoloration, etc.)
- Wear and tear on consumables (hinges, filter socks, sponges, O-rings, etc.)
- Damage caused by environmental factors (temperature, humidity, etc.)
- Damage from pests, insects, or animals
- Water leakage resulting from improper installation
- Loss of livestock (fish, corals, invertebrates, etc.)
- Any issue not directly resulting from a manufacturing defect

COVERAGE VOID CONDITIONS
This coverage becomes void if:
- The product is altered or modified (e.g., drilled, cut, painted, or
structurally modified)
- Installation or usage does not comply with YARAMIRA guidelines
- The product is resold or transferred to another owner
- The issue is due to external conditions beyond our control

HOW TO SUBMIT A CLAIM
To initiate a coverage claim, email us at contact@yaramira.com with
the following information:
REQUIRED INFORMATION:
- Order number
- Full name and shipping address
- Description of the defect or issue
- Photos or videos clearly showing the problem
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation)
CLAIM PROCESS:
1. Submit claim with required information
2. We review within 24-48 business hours
3. If approved, we provide replacement parts or solutions at no cost
4. Additional documentation may be requested if needed

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
YARAMIRA shall not be held liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Property damage caused by leaks or system failure
- Loss of livestock or biological damage
- Loss of income, business interruption, or other economic losses
Where applicable law (e.g., French consumer law) does not permit
certain exclusions, our liability shall be limited to the fullest
extent allowed by law.

This coverage policy is governed by and construed in accordance with
the laws of France. Any disputes arising from this policy will be
handled by French courts.
